Thinking of Christmas and remembering you and dad being here with us to wake up with the kids on Christmas day. 4.30am me and you sat in the room chatting, we couldn't wait for the kids to wake up! Giggling like 2 kids we sat and had a coffee to pass an hour on but after boiling the kettle a few times and flushing the toilet we were still the only ones awake. 5.30 am plan b!!!!!we sneak upstairs laughing to ourselves about the plan in hand, you with the flashing red nose on and me with the raindeer antlers .you sneaked in one room while I went in the other and shook the kids awake, they were petrified and wondered what the hell was happening while we run out the bedrooms and stood crossed legged on the landing wondering which one of us would get to the bathroom first. We laughed about this for months. Brilliant memory and one of the best Christmases ever :-) Xx
